PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

To complete your order from Mail Order Japan, you will need to complete the following steps

1. Select the product and include the serial number of that product and send us the order form. If you are ordering something special that is not a part of our product lines, please read our shopping services section

2 Select your shipping method (EMS, Air Mail). Please make sure you check out our shipping section

3. You will receive an email from us within 24-48 hours about the availability of the product and an invoice that will include the total (including the product price, and shipping and handling). Please do not pay before you receive the availability of your requested item and the invoice from us

4. After your receive the product availabity email from us, you will be requested for your full name, address, and phone number (phone number is not required but helpful). This information will be used for shipping you the product

5. Once you make the payment and we receive the payment confirmation, we will send you the product within 24 hours. Please allow the shipping time as mentioned in the shipping section for the product arrival. Please make sure you read our payment section.

Sometimes, we may be out of stock on a product. We will try our best to get the product for you. We will also let you know about the possible change in price (if there is any) and delivery time (24-48 hours delay). In any situation, we will inform you before payment is required

All payments by PayPal have to add 5 percent of the total to their final payment. We charge this handling fee because we have to pay to paypal as a commission and because we keep the profit margin very low on all of our products and therefore, we are unable to handle any additional costs that may occur during the transaction process

We do not ship anything unless we receive the full payment. Once we have the confirmation of payment, we will ship you the merchandise as soon as possible and will inform you about the shipment by email. We ship on a daily basis. Please allow the delivery time mentioned in the shipping section.
